Currently Pamela is the Jazz Vocal Teacher at Bard College, where she has been teaching since 2001.
She also accepts private students in the New York City and Hudson Valley area.
Teaching Philosophy
"I've made it my personal mission to teach my students good 'vocal health'. I also believe there should be one voice in one body.
I believe in nurturing the natural creativity in each person. The creative spark that we all have sometimes just needs the breath of experience to become a life-long passion. I teach acting, voice and dance in an organic and individual approach with an emphasis on specific skills and an overall view of the whole person and their future. Classes are taught as workshops to develop skills and encourage cooperation.”
